A production site for KF Engineering, a manufacturer's representative bridging OEM engineering teams and manufacturing partners. An auto-rotating program carousel, a ticker of 40 real OEM customer logos, and a full WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility pass verified with a custom contrast-audit script we wrote for the job.

It shipped with the unglamorous parts done right: DNS and email cutover on a corporate-managed zone with DKIM and DMARC kept intact, plus a one-click email-signature installer for the owner.

Their site made buyers hunt. An OEM engineer wanting a custom program and a fleet manager wanting a catalog part landed on the same page and clicked around until one of them left. We built a demo of the fix: the two paths sit side by side on the first screen, and a quote request is one click from either.

We audited the live site first. The home page weighed 16 MB, more than half the sitemap was dead or junk URLs, and the menu could not be used from a keyboard. The demo home page is 3.5 MB, and every page has one way in and one way to contact them.

A 20-question quiz that feels like a consult and works like a sales rep. Every answer feeds a server-side scoring model that grades the lead 0 to 100, assigns a tier, and routes it: hot leads fire an urgent alert for a call-back inside the hour, everyone else drops into a nurture track.

The result screen is a personalized snapshot with a matched plan, built to be screenshotted and shared. Scoring lives on the server, so the tier can't be gamed from the browser.

An automated prospector that sweeps a freelance marketplace for high-budget automation jobs, clears bot-detection walls on its own, and dedupes against every job it has ever seen and every proposal ever sent. Survivors get ranked by how closely they resemble past builds.

For each job worth pitching, it auto-builds a custom one-page walkthrough site that shows the client their own automation, before the first reply is even written.

A first-party affiliate program with no SaaS in the middle. Ambassadors get tracked links, clicks set a 90-day attribution cookie, and because sales close on calls rather than checkout, the owner confirms each referral before the system writes the commission into an append-only ledger with approve, pay, and void states.

Program health, a leaderboard, payouts owed, and a public self-serve application form all come with it.

Most coaching businesses run on a quiz tool, a form service, a spreadsheet, and a pile of email. This is one vertically integrated app instead: a 12-step onboarding wizard turns a new signup into a personalized protocol, the client tracks it day by day in their portal, and weekly check-ins flow straight back to the coach.

The back end is the coach's command center: every client's protocol, check-in history, and trends on one dashboard, with adjustments pushed live to the client's next day. The lead-scoring quiz, protocol portal, and meeting-notes back office elsewhere on this page all plug into this same platform.

The client's daily home base. A 12-step onboarding wizard builds each member's protocol, then a live Today screen tracks every scheduled dose as due, taken, or missed, quietly updating itself minute by minute and rolling over at midnight without a refresh.

Weekly check-ins with trend charts, side-by-side progress-photo comparisons, and a coach-authored protocol guide round it out. Login is passwordless: the coach texts a private link and the client is in.

Contracts that close themselves. The client reviews the agreement, ticks the required acknowledgments, and signs. The system snapshots the exact text they saw, generates a signed PDF with an appended signature certificate, stores it privately, and emails a copy to both sides automatically.

Both signing flows compile from one versioned legal source, so the quick click-wrap and the formal PDF can never drift apart. Retries are idempotent: a double-click can't create two contracts.

An interactive utility that converts vial strength, mixing volume, and target dose into exact syringe units, with a live syringe visualization so the customer can see the draw. It answers a question this brand's customers search constantly, then hands them to booking.

Zero backend, instant math, and it doubles as a search-friendly lead magnet.

A hand-built storefront, no Shopify, where the flagship promotion runs itself: buy three of anything eligible and a fourth appears free, with the steppers keeping paid and free quantities in sync automatically. New products inherit the deal with zero code changes.

The server re-derives every total at checkout, so a tampered cart can't invent a discount. Size variants collapse into one listing with a selector, and a code-gated wholesale storefront runs in parallel with its own pricing and rules.

Every order lands in an admin order desk with full lifecycle tracking from pending to paid to shipped, timestamps stamped automatically at each transition. The moment an order arrives, two emails fire on their own: a branded customer confirmation, and an internal fulfillment notice.

That internal email contains a ready-to-use pick list annotated with the exact vial strength to pull, plus a formatted mailing label. Manual phone orders get their own entry screen with a returning-customer typeahead that autofills everything from past orders.

Every recorded client call syncs itself into a structured knowledge vault, and an automated pass folds each new call into the right client's file as a dated, append-only coach note, with alias matching so "Jen" and "Jennifer R." land in the same place. A second pass reads new transcripts and drafts any dose decisions made on the call, queued for one-click confirmation.

A third layer grades each protocol change against the client's next check-in, building a cross-client record of what actually moves the needle. All of it runs hourly, unattended.

No seats, no per-user pricing, no feature landfill. Just the sales motion, self-hosted for pennies.

The store started where most small stores start: WordPress and WooCommerce on shared hosting, a page-builder theme, and a plugin for every feature. The redesign started from a blank file instead. Storefront, cart, checkout, and the admin behind them were rebuilt as hand-written code in one codebase, deployed on modern serverless hosting.

Everything the old stack bought as plugins is now native code: promotions, size variants, wholesale gating, transactional email. The tamper-proof deal engine and the order desk elsewhere on this page both run inside this rebuild. No plugin updates, no page-builder lock-in, no theme license to renew.
